January 2018 to October 2019. I really needed this change my first day at the box 2018 and I sprained my ankle jumping rope…lol I couldn’t do one push up. Now I can do a lot of push ups and double unders! It also took taking a hard look at my diet to make a change. Still working hard each week to get to my goal….thanks sweat factory and friends who motivate and challenge me each week.
