How CF & nutrition changed my life:
When I first started at the gym it was Crosstrain Clermont and I took the HIIT classes. I still ate crappy, but figured it I worked out that would be enough. I had quit smoking 2 years prior after smoking for 22 years. Needless to say, I had gained 20lbs (140lbs @4’10” 🙈) So it was time to get it off. I was 38 and had never worked out or been athletic in my life, I had always been tiny. So after 2 years of taking the HIIT classes, I decided to try the Crossfit classes, and get my nutrition in order! It was one of the best things that I have ever done. I feel great and I am finally getting comfortable with my body again. Still tons of work to do but I went from a size 9 to a 3 and weigh 116 lbs
