SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
To get started you will need to complete 3-5 Foundation sessions. Your coach will help you determine which you will need. Coached by a Sweat Factory trainer and delivered in either one on one or small group sessions, these classes are designed to get you to your first group class with the knowledge you need to be successful. You will follow the same structure as a regular class WOD ‒ covering a specific set of skills and then completing the workout of the day (WOD).
We emphasize the importance of mechanics, consistency, and intensity. Our CrossFit class blends a mix of weightlifting, body weight movements and cardio together.
Factory Fit is a 60-minute high intensity group class without the difficult Olympic barbell Lifts. It is led by an experienced group of coaches designed to target clients of all fitness levels. Factory Fit will have you feeling refreshed and energized while you get stronger and burn calories with fun, fast-paced workouts customized to your level and goals. Factory Fit is guaranteed to make you sweat, lose fat and get you closer to the body you want. It is time to energize yourself! Replacing Old, Tired, Hard, Long and Boring exercise New, Energetic, Simple, Quick and FUN boot camp type workouts that get amazing results, regardless of your age or fitness history.
L.I.F.E. stands for “Longevity In Functional Efficiency” and its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of their lives. As in our regular classes, L.I.F.E. offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. This class introduces kids to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. We have several different levels of athlete’s in the teens class and Coach Danielle Stasko is amazing and will scale their workouts accordingly to help teach them the proper movement and also prevent injury. Our goal for kids and teens is not to create the best CrossFit athlete. We want to use CrossFit to help get (or keep) the kids/teens conditioned to help them excel at the other activities they might participate in through recreational, travel teams or school. We encourage our kids and teens to try new things and have fun!
