At Sweat Factory, we are first and foremost a coaching business. We have established “the Sweat Factory Way” to health and fitness- a way to give YOU a customized prescription to reaching your goals.
We meet with each new member one-on-one, for Free Intro. In this appointment, we’ll go over your health and fitness goals. Taking into consideration your fitness level, prior injuries and budget we can then provide a new prescription to carry forward until the next check-in.
The prescription is formed on the basis of improving life in 5 general areas, known as the 5 Pillars of Health, as well as the services we offer to support them (see below).

EXAMPLE PRESCRIPTIONS
Maybe your goal is to lose 10 pounds and stop having back pain when you sit at work for extended periods of time.
Your Loco prescription might be:
- Factory Fit- 2x/week
- With HIIT-style workouts designed to burn fat and tone muscles, bootcamp will help with your weight-loss goal.
- Personal Training- 1x/week
- In Personal Training the coach can focus solely on you. The Coach can show you exercises and stretches that can improve your posture.
- Nutrition Coaching
- Abs are “made in the kitchen,” so it’s not enough to strictly come to bootcamp classes. You’ll need to support that hard work with quality fuel, and our nutrition program tells you what to do. More importantly, we’ll be able to hold you accountable.
Or perhaps your goal is to run a marathon.
Your Sweat Factory prescription might be:
- Personal Training- 1x/week
- With personal training, we can analyze your running form to identify and improve any weaknesses. We’ll be able to take the time to work on things like hip flexor strength, or increasing the tempo of your gait.
- CrossFit- 2x/week
- If we can increase the amount of force you can create off the ground, you’ll become faster. CrossFit helps to improve your power and speed, leading to less fatigue while running long distances.

We want to turn you into a kick-ass 90-year-old, and enable you to do a bunch of cool stuff along the way. No matter your goals or starting place, we’ll help put together a plan for success.
